Post-doctoral workstation

SWS continues to promote the construction of the company’s post-doctoral workstation. To meet the company's needs of product research and development and technical innovation, SWS cooperates with the post-doctoral mobile station of Shanghai Jiaotong University to recruit and cultivate postdoctoral talents and won the financial support of Shanghai "Super Postdoctoral" and "Pudong New Area Haibo Program".

Graduate workstation

The company strengthens the construction of graduate workstations and adheres to the in-depth cooperation with colleges. It continues to deepen the cooperation with Harbin Engineering University, Wuhan University of Technology and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology; expands the cooperation with the Northeast Forestry University, Shanghai Electric Power University and other universities to jointly carry out the construction of graduate workstations; and explores the joint training of master and doctor of engineering with universities and actively designates outstanding backbone to study for master and doctor of engineering on the job, further improving the academic level of professionals in relevant professional fields.

Technician workshop

The company continues to carry out the construction of technician workshops. In combination with the production site process and technology research projects, the company sets the annual goal of the workshop, and forms the management mechanism of the workshop "covering multi-types of work, and developing at multiple levels".
