March 5th witnessed the successful installation of the first batch of prefabricated cabins for China's second domestically-built large cruise ship H1509.The installation ceremony was attended by Vice President of SWS, Zhou Qi,on-site team leaders from the CCS 中国船级社,and RINA,and representatives of the cabin contractor.
Compared with China's first domestically-built large cruise ship H1508, the total dock period of Hull H1509 was shortened by nearly 8 months, and the number of prefabricated cabins increased from 912 to 1,109. In the face of both the increase in project volume and the reduction of the construction period, the difficulty of construction control and coordination has been significantly increased. In order to meet the double challenge, the cabin team has innovatively implemented three key strategies:
For the first time, the pushing nodes of 172 prefabricated cabins on the first and second decks were moved ahead to the "pre - floating" stage.
Together with the design institute at the design source, model balancing and path interference analysis were carried out.
High - precision laser scanning technology was introduced to establish a millimeter - level spatial control system to digitally pre - control the production deviation. Through the forward movement of the process and lean planning management, the "gap - free" connection of the background project delivery and the interior decoration entering the site was successfully achieved.
