On Sep 15th, the comprehensive application, inspection and communication meeting for quality real-name system in Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept and Piping Fabrication Dept was held in SWS Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept's meeting room. Vice President Chen Jun, Quality Assurance and Control Depts, Hull-outfitting and Installation Depts, Piping Fabrication Depts and management depts from SWS, SCH and SWS Offshore attended meeting.

In the meeting, directors, managers and leaders from SWS Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept, and Piping Fabrication Dept introduced management experience of real-name system. Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept combines the establishment of four standards which are management systematism, webified, standardization, and informatization, setting out from products quality, quality concept, process standard, efficiency optimization, cost control, disassembling the real-name system into safety, quality, production, equipment and personnel management. All working sections and working groups are closely implementing real-name system, achieving great effectiveness.

Chen Jun points out that it is a future tendency for company to establish credibility system. Company's quality real-name system has been through a decade, and has been progressively propelling from fragmentation to systematization. He demands that all departments and working sections from SWS, SCH and SWS Offshore should look benchmark for the gap; raise the awareness of the concept that "quality is the life of company"; all working sections and groups should be brave to show our brand; meanwhile, groups should set examples of internal models; the real-name system should be applied in all working groups in management process across SWS, SCH and SWS Offshore. In addition, all production depts should liaise with IT dept, Quality Assurance and Control Dept, blending information technology into the statistics of quality information and establishing quality profile to employees.
