The first on-site reviewing conference in Shanghai municipality concerning management system on“Integration of Industrialization and Informatization”was successfully held in SWS. The conference, which was held from 2nd to the 3rd Feb, was a prelude to the review work of management system on“Integration of Industrialization and Informatization”in both Shanghai municipality and Shipbuilding industry. As the assessing institute, the reviewing team from CCS Quality Certification Company carried out the reviewing work aiming at SWS on site.　　 Wangqi, President of the company gave the welcome speech; Shi boming, director of information division in Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization; Xia Liangsheng, director of information division in CSSC Technology Department addressed in the first conference. Xu ping, Vice President and representative of management in“Integration of Industrialization and Informatization”，gave a chief introduction to the overall construction situation of “Integration of Industrialization and Informatization” management system. Representatives from partial CSSC subsidiary enterprises, implementing key enterprises in Shanghai Municipality, service institutes and reviewing institute attended the conference and went by a field observation. By the way of communication and interview, on-site inspection, file record consultation, the reviewing team carried out the whole-process review from the aspects of company strategy, policy, goal, and duty performance process of both top management and management representative in the system. The reviewing team granted a high praise to the management system construction work of “Integration of Industrialization and Informatization” of SWS. By two days of reviewing, the team finally confirmed that SWS passed the ability review of Innovation Research and Development Design and Lean Construction of New Type of vessels, considered that SWS has effectively operated the “Five in One Management System” by a chain of proof which truly proved that SWS achieved the implementation in essence. It is reported that the reviewing team shall officially recommend SWS to The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to pass the management system certification of “Integration of Industrialization and Informatization”.
