Chinese New Year holiday is coming with the spring festival; SCH has accomplished almost 20 production milestones in last month. For ship H1077, all of the 133 main hull blocks have been preprocessed completely on 27th January; the blocks of H1310 for half ship floating have been transformed to carrying department in the early January; all blocks of ship H6001 have been built up, and 95 percent of them are already painted and delivered to the Erection Department; for ship H6003, 70 percent of its blocks have been painted and delivered to Erection Department; all the blocks of H1078 almost have been finished structurally, the blocks for floating are delivered to Erection Department with painted over, and 80 percent of all the blocks have been painted and delivered to Erection Department; the construction of floating blocks of H1311 have been completely finished structurally, 60 percent of the blocks for floating are painted and delivered to Erection Department, which has laid down a good foundation for the next launching task. In the dry dock, H1074, H1075, and H1076 have been launched simultaneously on 22nd January; then, the blocks of ship H1310, H6003, and H1078 which respectively belongs to the 180000 DWT bulk carrier series, 18000TEU container series, and VLGC series have been put into the dock on 24th January at the same time; as for the plan “888” (lifting 88 times in 8 days), the accomplishment ratio is 100 percent; the first liquefied gas tank of ship H1077 has been installed successfully on 28th January, and No.4 cargo hold is also ready for the gas tank installation, besides, the construction of ship stern would be fundamentally completed on 27th January; the preparation work for shaft installation of H6001 has been done smoothly; the test for TEU rails of the half ship and welding of the deck stud both have been finished, on top of that, the integrity test for 36 oil and water tanks in the engine room has been done to make sure it’s ready for main engine installation before spring festival. On the quayside, ship H1073 started the sea trial on 28th January, and came back smoothly on 2nd February. At present, the regular follow-up work and liquefied system improvement are been done respectively at the same time, therefore, everyone is trying their best to achieve the goal of making the ship in completion status on 13th February. 10 days after the launching, the main engines of both ship H1074 and H1075 have been installed; the strength test for liquefied gas tank of H1074 has been started on schedule, meanwhile, H1075 is ready for the test, which means that the first batch of strength tests could been done before spring festival for sure.
