From Aug. 15 to Aug. 16, the 3-people delegation from China Quality Association came to SWS for evaluating and reviewing the working site management of Manufacturing Dept. SWS top management Mr. Wang Qi and Mr. Chen Jun attended the meeting. The Quality Assurance and Control Dept. had begun to plan the "National Working Site Evaluation" of Manufacturing Dept. at the beginning of this year. With the cooperation of function departments, from the application documents preparation, evaluation standards study to working site management improvement, all aspects were implemented smoothly. Since applying the evaluation of working site management, Manufacturing Dept has actively carried out self-evaluation. From working plan, visual management, working site information, safety management, equipments maintenance, efficiency promotion, working process disciplinary to culture establishment, all aspects were rationally planned, organized and coordinated. The working site management of Manufacturing Dept. has been gently transformed from decentralization, simplification, extensiveness to systematism, standardization. The Manufacturing Dept. was recommended to further participant the evaluation of working site management which was organized by China Quality Association after it 's qualified was approved by Shanghai Quality Association in May of 2013. During the two-day site examination, through the site inspection, documents reviewing, communication and other methods, the experts from China Quality Association were insight into the working plan, equipment management, quality control, information construction and other major features of the working site management and carefully asked the methods of enterprise strategy plan inheriting, culture root, process control and process implementation. The experts agreed that as the core of working site, management resources of all departments have been mobilized. The internal evaluation mechanism was set up in this year that guarantee the working site management and star level evaluation be coordinated and every department actively involved in. Comparing with the last year, the site management of Manufacturing Dept. has been improved with self-innovation. The site management has changed dramatically, particularly in plan arrangement, visual management, information root and employee motivation. However, the data collection, analysis and utilization during the production were proposed to further improve by experts.
