On Aug. 12, the kick off meeting of CJ46 Jack-up Project (H1368, H1369) was held in SWS. The top management --- Wang Qi, Chen Jun, Deputy Chief Technical Officer --- Geng Weixiang, Xu Zifu, Assistant President of SWS --- Liu Jianfeng, Zhu Yu, Chen Gang, Zou Yongxin, the project managers and other representatives of relevant departments attended the meeting. In the meeting, Offshore Project Dept., Sales and Marketing Dept. and No.2 Design Dept. released clarification on 60 days working plan, the contract and other technical issues. The CJ46 Jack-up Project (H1368, H1369) is the second type drilling rig undertook by SWS, is the mature design of GustoMSC, of which the owner is Singapore ESSM. Consisting of the triangular structure and the three triangular truss legs, the spud leg is 153.4 meters, with the molded length of 65.25 meters, the molded breadth of 62 meters, and the molded depth of 8~7.75 meters, on which the living quarter can accommodate 120 persons. The moving way of cantilever beam adopting X-Y direction style, the max variable load is 3,500 tons, the design water depth is 375 feet, and the drilling depth is 30,000 feet with the classification of ABS. The jacking system, locking device and sliding system are supplied by GustoMSC. The steel cutting of the two drilling rigs will be respectively held in March and July of next year.
