On Aug. 20, the company held the Welcome Ceremony for the new employees of SWS & SCH who graduated in 2013. On the welcome ceremony, the representative---Zhang Xing, on behalf of all new employees, expressed their appreciations to our company and their confidence of working hard in the future. It is reported that there are 127 new employees joining our company who are respectively from Newcastle University, Coventry University, University of Greenwich, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, etc. Among these new employees, there are 2 doctors, 9 masters, 80 bachelors and 36 college students. There are 50 CPC members covering 39% of the total. These new employees will attend the Induction Training for three weeks, and then will be distributed to each department as the trainees according to their different majors in the university and the demands of each department.
