SWS has named and delivered the 9,000CEU Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC) "GRANDE MANILA" to Italy's Grimaldi Group, marking another successful milestone in the longstanding partnership between the two companies.

The signing and naming ceremony was attended by senior representatives from Grimaldi Group, RINA, China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd., and SWS. 

Luigi Pacella Grimaldi, Owner and member of Grimaldi Family, Director of Intercontinental Automotive Line expressed sincere gratitude to the entire SWS team, commending the high-quality construction and efficient delivery of the vessel. He noted that the “GRANDE MANILA” – the fifth PCTC in the series built by SWS for Grimaldi – not only strengthens the group’s fleet but also stands as a testament to the trust and shared pursuit of excellence between the two parties. He looks forward to the vessel supporting Grimaldi’s global automotive logistics operations and further solidifying the strategic cooperation with SWS in green and smart shipping.
