On May 23rd, SWS signed a strategic cooperation agreement with RINA. Vice President Zhou Qi, Director Zhang Xiaokai, President of RINA's North Asia Region Simone Manca, General Manager of Greater China Maritime Fan Dehong, and General Manager of Business Development Lou Luobing, among other representatives, attended the signing ceremony.

Both parties introduced their respective development situations and looked forward to the prospects of strategic cooperation. They unanimously expressed that they have complementary advantages and broad cooperation space in terms of technology and resources. Zhou Qi and Simone Manca signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, both sides will take the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement as an opportunity to strengthen information sharing and resource integration in the fields of supply chain development, green ship type research and development, digital transformation, and market development. They will establish a multi-level regular communication mechanism to ensure that the cooperation projects achieve tangible results.
