On Sep 12, the Jack-up platform standardization model project pre-acceptance meeting,lead by SWS following the requirement of Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China(SAC), was held in Shanghai. There were total 28 persons who attended the meeting, including leaders from SAC, Shanghai Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision, CSSC, Pu Dong New Area Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and some famous experts in shipping industry The project lasted for 5 years and shall be officially put into acceptance in mid Oct. The purpose of this meeting is to carry out a uniform pre-assessment for achievement and materials and propaganda materials of model project so as to further consolidate and complement relevant materials, and build a solid foundation for official acceptance. 　

As the leading unit, SWS reported her project process at the meeting, and the expert team assessed and discussed over the the achievements of the model project . The referred contents include the comprehensive report of model project, jack-up platform standardization system frame and table, jack-up platform standardization comprehensive system planning, 68 pcs of comparative analysis reports for international and native standards, 19 pcs of key technology research reports, 28 pcs of new national standards and industrial standards issued during the project period and management files released during project operating process.

After the assessment, the expert team were in unanimous in the significant meaning of the project, and fully agreed on the project team's work for their efforts to advance the implementation of the achievements and their exploration to comprehensive standardization idea and practical achievements during the project implementation in 5 years. Meanwhile, the expert team also put forward some complementary advice and suggestions to further consolidate and perfect the project achievements and assessment materials.

At last, the expert team unanimously agreed to give a pass card to the project for pre-acceptance and advised the project undertaking unit to further modify and perfect as per the expert team's opinions for following official assessment and acceptance.
