On Mar. 26, the generator loading tests of H6002, the first built 18000 TEU container ship by SWS, were completed. The smooth completion of this important millstone cannot be achieved without the hardworking of all production departments, it also paved the way for following mooring test at quay area. H6002 is equiped with 4 sets of 6600V medium-pressure diesel generators of 4320kw power made in Hyundai, Korea. It is the first time of such types of generators installed on the merchant vessel constructed in SWS, All the departments need to overcome all relevant difficulties such as debugging panels, cable voltage endurance measurement, usage of loading tubes and etc. Therefore, SWS Production Operation Dept. set up a special plan for actively overcome the appearedifficulties in production and creating a favorable condition for the commissioning of generators. After taking a series of effective measures, the tests of 4 sets of generators on H6002 wre completed on Mar. 15. Subsequently, the generators dynamic alarm points test was begun to be delivered on Mar. 23, the generators loading test begun on Mar. 25 and was completed on Mar. 26.
