In the afternoon of March 6th, the 105th anniversary of commemorating "International March 8th Women's Day", same as Female Employees Quality Forum, which was organized by SWS Labor Union Management Office, co-held by Design and Research Institute, was held in the conference room on the 6th floor of the main building. The conference honored advanced female teams and individuals during 2013 to 2014. The company conferred awards of four "March 8th Red-flag Collectivities", four "Praise-worthy Female Employees Collectivities", twelve "Woman Pace-Setters", twelve "Praise-worthy Female Employees" to the female employees from SWS, SCH and SWS Offshore. At the noon of March 10th, SWS Labor Union held series recreational and sports activities to celebrate the 105th anniversary of "International March 8th Women's Day". During the exciting team games, all teams competed intensely. At the end, with excellent tacit agreement and teamwork spirit, design dept No.1 division of labor union won the first prize in dynamic relay game and they also won the first prize in the game of kicking the shuttlecock among three people. Design Management division of labor union won the first prize in the game of super wheels. Meanwhile, a group of beautiful and cute female employees were gathered in the new building, sharing experiences on making up and tressing hair. Many female employees were attracted by the activity. Working staff distributed flowers and heart-shape cards to every female employee stopped by. The activities were warm and sweet, and they fully expressed the energy and elegance of female employees at SWS.
