At noon on February 3rd, the final round of 2015 "Welcoming Spring Cup" setting-up exercises to music activity was held on the main street of Jingwu road next to technology office building, 10 teams went for the final competition. There were 9 judges from company leaders, labor union, and relevant departments attended the activity, and presented awards to teams. This setting-up exercises to music activity was organized by company labor union, co-organized by blasting and coating division of labor union. The activity promotes "encouraging all to exercise, presenting employees' talents". There were 22 teams from 25 divisions of labor union in SWS, SCH and SWS Offshore attended the activity. The activity lasts for over 2 months, and it was divided into 4 phrases. The qualification games were held on January 15th and 16th, as a result, 10 out of 22 teams survived for the final competition. After an intensive competition, HSE division of labor union, Design Dept No.1 division of labor union, Machinery Installation and Commissioning Dept division of labor union, won the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd team prizes respectively. The leader of setting-up exercises to music from HSE division of labor union, Lu Haiyan, Liu Yang from Finances Management division of labor union, and Dong Zhengyong from Design Dept No.2 division of labor union were respectively awarded as "best leaders of setting-up exercises to music". This activity intends to further promote corporate culture, to improve employees’ physical quality, to enhance team cohesion, meanwhile it aims to promote setting-up exercises to music in-between work. Company labor union encloses company's annual performance target, intending to develop more recreational and sports activities to enrich employees’ cultural life. By doing that, it would enable employees to stay fresh and stay engaged for shipbuilding production with collaboration and hard work.
