On Jan. 4th, the company released the Management Strategies of 2015 and the first quarter. The President---Wang Qi chaired the meeting and released the Management Strategies of 2015 on behalf of SWS.
At the beginning of meeting, "the first meeting of safety committee in 2015" and "the safety responsibility signing ceremony" were held.
With all employees' hard work in 2014, the company closely promoted management policies of "integrating internal and external resources, enhancing economic capacity by improving efficiency, adopting lean management to improve benefits". Taking management themes as "reform and acceleration", the company pro-actively promoted production management work, company revenue, shipbuilding completion, and all major business indicators are beyond the targets CSSC assigned; meanwhile, the company unified thoughts, deepened reformation, fully implemented management measures, and the company's management level was further improved. In order to further unify thoughts and clarify objectives, the company confirmed 105 management policies that are adopting to the new shipbuilding situation, innovating based on catching up, strengthening reform management, promoting stable restructuring growth; the management themes are innovation, implementation, paying close attention on vital projects; based on the integration of company internal control system, emphasizing on centralizing budget control, paying good attention on contract full-time management, detailing management methods, emphasizing promoting the procedure of legal person stimulation in procurement department, comprehensively evaluating production cost in production modules.
In the meeting, Wang Qi fully reviewed the company's production and operation situation in 2014, specially profiled current internal and external development, and released the company annual indicators for 2015. He reinforced that the lean production in 2015 should be able to compare to the world leading shipbuilding enterprises, which is to shorten the docking time within 69 days, targeting at "catching up in 3 years, exceeding in 5 years", fully promoting lean production; as for lean management, on the basis of integration of internal control system, stressing on centralizing budget control, and full contract time management, specifying management methods; for restructuring, company should acknowledge and adopt new market situation, fully deepening reformation that would prefect company's management and control systems, making business structure more plausible, and mechanism system more energetic.
