The M/E Test of Vessels on the 8th Round was Realized 12 Days ahead of Schedule

On Dec.18th, the M/E test for H1334, the 10th 180,000 DWT Bulk Carrier for Frontline was completed. On the next day, the M/E test for H1286, the sister vessel which was the 11th vessel for Frontline was also completed. The successful completion of M/E mooring test for these two vessels marked the M/E mooring test delivered within 30 days after launching was 12 days ahead of schedule which is the 5th phase target of "installing Main Engine, Generator, Anchor Wing, rudder and boiler" . H1334 and H1286 launched from No.1 Drydock on Nov.30 which was 8 days ahead of the schedule, especially, comparing with other vessels, their production integrity of launching were the best in this year. After the launching of these two vessels, taking the good production condition, Production Planning Dept. made excellent cooperation with other production departments to promote the project of "installing Main Engine, Generator, Anchor Wing, rudder and boiler". Specially, the tests for generator, boiler, anchor wing and main engine were completed ahead of the schedule. During this period, Machinery Installation and Commissioning Dept., Hull-outfitting and Installation Dept. Erection Dept, Blasting and Coating Dept. and Piping Fabrication Dept. of SWS Offshore guaranteed integration of this project with overcoming the frigid weather. The completion of M/E test ahead 12 days buy precious time and laid the good foundation for the following sea trial as well as provided strong guarantee for shortening the outfitting period.
