On July 22nd, SWS delivered “Sea Urchin” which is the second Afra oil tanker of the series built for Greece PTM. Viorel Bran, site supervision team manager of PTM, and Li Hui, deputy director of the Sales and Marketing Department of SWS, signed the delivery agreement on behalf of two parties.

Sea Urchin is independently designed by SWS, with a total length of 249.95m, a molded width of 44.00m, a molded depth of 21.20m and a designed speed of 14.5 knots. It meets TIER III and HCSR regulations, is classified into ABS and can take on crude oil.

During construction of the ship, the project team seriously summarized the cumulative experience of the first tanker during its construction, maintained communication and negotiation with shipowner and class surveyors all the time, and guaranteed the delivery successfully.
