On Aug. 26, "The Exchange Meeting of Quality Demonstration Team in Machinery Installation and Commissioning Dept." was held in SWS. So far, the exchange activities of "The Quality Demonstration Team" carried out this year were all completed in the seven production departments. Before the meeting, the participants carefully observed the Manufacturing Team and the Bench Supporting Team of Supporting Section in Machinery Installation and Commissioning Dept.. In the meeting, 5 team leaders of Machinery Installation and Commissioning Dept. have reported the promoting situation of creating "Quality Demonstration Team" from team KPI management, quality name tracing management, the refined dispatching management, the activities of quality improvement carried out by teams, the working experiences and the vision of continuous improvement, etc. The company claims that the Exchange Activities of "Quality Demonstration Team" should be carried out in both SCH and SWS Offshore in 2015, in order to promote the simultaneous development on quality improvement in SWS, SCH and SWS Offshore, to deepen the "Quality Demonstration Team" activities and various other quality management activities, and to cultivate more excellent "Quality Demonstration Team" for the quality improvement project of the company.
