On Aug. 26, the Team Leaders Meeting of The Second Employee Representatives Congress was held at Science and Technology Building of SWS. In the meeting, the president of SWS, Mr. Wang Qi delivered the report on the company operation in the first half of year 2014, the major management measures and the key measures on "reforming and speeding up" in next step to team leaders of employees representatives. He also gave the emphasis on the management measures on "speeding up, cost decreasing, efficiency increasing and risks prevention". After carefully listening to the Team Leaders' advices and suggestions on company's development, reform and innovation, lean management, working efficiency, employment system and welfare, the top management of SWS express fimly that the company will discuss what the employees advised and suggested. The Chairman of SWS, Mr. Huang Yongxi pointed out that the Workers' Congress is not only an important indication of political participation, democratic management and sense of ownership, but also it is regarded as a bridge for communication between employees and top management. He expected that all the employee representatives could fully support all the reform actions to complete all production target of this year by uniting and leading all employees together.
