On Aug. 19, the company held "Welcome Ceremony" for the new employees of SWS who just graduated from the colleges or universities in 2014. According to the report, there are totally 154 new employees from Southampton University of Cape Town, Strathclyde University, Norwegian University of Science and Technology of overseas, as well as domestic Shanghai Jiaotong University, Harbin Engineering University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Dalian University of Technology join the shipbuilding industry. In these new employees, there are 12 masters, 100 bachelors and 42 college students, which include 50 CCP members covering 32% of the total new employees. It is reported that the new employees will have the induction training for three weeks, and then be assigned to various departments based on their majors.
