On Aug. 19th, the company held "The Kick-off Meeting for EAP Project" at the Reporting Hall in Science and Technology Building.
In 2013, SWS had a test run on psychological assistance demands research and psychological support towards offshore core talents in the company. In August this year, the company officially introduced "Shanghai Linzi Counseling", who is a company specialized in EAP, to all our employees in the company. It is reported that the EAP project serves three purposes. Firstly, EAP enhances company's caring culture by depicting company as a "caring organization". Moreover, EAP reinforces the management concept of "people oriented" between mid-level and top management. Lastly, EAP improves on employees' psychological adjusting abilities. After EAP starts, there are four ways that employees can access psychological knowledge, and learn psychological self-adjusting skills. The four ways include the notice board in every department, psychological self-help platform, wechat, and psychological salon. When facing a problem that cannot be solved on one's own, employees can seek assistance from specialized counselor by phone calls or have a face to face talk.
