Since late July, the high temperature heat, typhoons, storms and other inclement weather have the great impact to the construction of jack-up drilling rigs. All employees worked hard in hot weather, to overcome the difficulties, such as typhoons and storms, and completed five major production Milestones of offshore projects within two weeks. On July 26, the third JU2000E jack-up drilling rig completed six main generators loading test and external inspection work; on July 31, the leg blocks -333 and 334 were successfully erected in drydock; on August 3, the last lift of main deck block 803 of H1319 was completed, meanwhile the main deck realized integration; on August 4, the two blocks--- 92A and 93A of living quarter, which weighed more than 300 tons were lifted onto the H1319; on August 10, for the jack-up drilling rig ---H1289 under building in SWS Offshore, the connection of the pile legs was successfully completed with overcoming the serious influence of typhoon - Nakri.
