On July 15, 2014 The Commendation Congress of the Refined Dispatching Management was held in SWS by Production Management Dept. More than 50 persons including the top management: Xu Ping, Chen Jun, Zhu Yu, Deputy Chief Technical Officer of SWS - Geng Weixiang, Asst. President of SWS - Liu Jianfeng, the directors of the departments, the leaders in charge of the departments and the outstanding representatives attended the Congress. The outstanding units and individuals in refined dispatching management were commended in this conference. The representatives from outstanding departments, outstanding sections and outstanding teams delivered speeches respectively. It is reported the refined dispatching management has completed WJ project and working hours standard, developed and optimized the general-purpose dispatching management system and the analysis of the general interface, covering all the teams to realized the mechanism of "dispatching to personnel, evaluation to personnel", and established the evaluation mechanism of staff based on the refined dispatching management, which has reached the stage goal of the company. The deeply promotion of the refined dispatching management fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees, and reflected the principle of “more payment for more work”. Production efficiency in first half year is 19.20H/CGT, have reached the goal set at the beginning of the year, comparing with the last year, which has been increased by10.36%, and the production efficiency in June has set a new record.
