At 10:18, on June 28, SWS Offshore held the Welcome Ceremony for the first group of employee residents of the Staff Dormitory in Ling Bo Community which is the Public Rental Housing Project of "SWS Offshore". Mr. Zhou Qi, Vice President of SWS Offshore hosted the ceremony, Mr. Xiao Xiliang President of SWS Offshore and the relevant personnel from Administration Office, Party Committee Affairs Dept., HR Dept., Strategy Development Dept, Power Supply and Facility Maintenance Dept. and the first group of employee residents attended the ceremony. The representatives from Shanghai Ju Tong Decoration Co. Ltd and Shanghai Shen Neng Property Management Co., Ltd were also invited to the ceremony. President Mr. Xiao Xiliang said, as a member of SWS Offshore, I sincerely understand that all the employee desire to have a home. Now, with the completion of the first batch of public rental housing, our dream comes true, from today we have our home. As the saying goes “Stable Living and Happy Working”, which means the living is the foundation for happiness and guarantee of career. The public rental housing that strengthened our belief of “Root in Lin Gang to hard work”. As followed, Mr. Xiao Xiliang and Mr. Zhou Qi presented the Chinese Cookies to the guests and employee residents to hope the employee’s work and life to be prosperous. The two employee representatives from both Manufacture Dept. and Assembly Dept. expressed their heartfelt appreciation and joy, the public rental housing not only provides the comfortable accommodations, but also makes the employee feel at home. The family most concern about the living and feeding condition to their relatives who work in another city. With the public rental housing officially opening, the employee and even their families have felt comfortable and satisfiable. The ceremony ended in the fragrance of firecrackers, the 98 first employee residents successfully move into their apartments with the help of youth volunteers. The rest of the public rental housing are stepping up to decoration, which are expected to be open in middle of August.
