On Feb. 26, "The Refined Dispatching Management and Performance Analysis Meeting" was held in SWS.The directors respectively from Production Management Dept., HR Dept., Design Institute, IT Dept. and other 7 productive departments attended the meeting.
The meeting summarized the recent improvement of Refined Dispatching Management, proposed the working target of next phase, and specially reminded all departments to carry our risk prevention.Meanwhile, the main factors affecting the efficiency improvement were informed in the meeting, which include "insufficient integrity of intermediate products", "blocks cannot be timely and orderly supplied", "design modification", "production preparation", "site management", and "the internal management of department", etc. The specific measures for improving production efficiency were proposed in the meeting, which mainly include "to strengthen logistics management and control focusing on improving the turnover of berth", "to reduce the loss of quality cost", and "to promote the new technology, new process and refined dispatching management" etc.
The Design Institute, IT Dept., and every production department also proposed the specific measures on the improvement of refined dispatching management and efficiency of their own department respectively.
