On Nov. 28, the kick-off meeting of "Creating the Quality Model Team" was held in SWS. The Vice President---Mr. Chen Jun attended the meeting and delivered the speech. On the meeting, Quality Assurance and Control Dept. released "The Guidance Requirements on Creating the Quality Model Team", in order to further strengthen the concept of "I am responsible for my products" and "The next process is my customer". There are totally 36 teams from 7 production departments declared to attend this activity, and the 7 heads of teams, on behalf of their own teams, released the program of creating respectively. Mr. Chen Jun pointed out that as the good quality is created by the employees, it is meaningful to control the quality of the whole team. The team should establish the Ideas and Values of Quality, and dare to reveal the characteristic for pursuing the higher targets. It was reported that, in next year, Quality Assurance and Control Dept. would guide the production departments to form the healthy competition atmosphere by cultivating the outstanding teams and building the brand teams. Before the meeting, Mr. Chen Jun awarded the labels of "Creating the Quality Model Team" to the 7 heads of teams.
