After launching of the H1288, the 2nd JU-2000E Jack-up Drilling Rig of SWS--H1318, which is the first build Jack Up for CPOE successfully launched on Nov.28. Mr. Chen Jun, the Vice President of SWS hosted the Launching Ceremony. The President of SWS, Dr. Wang Qi delivered a speech in the ceremony, he pointed out that after successfully delivering "HAI YANG SHI YOU 981", the 6th generation Semi-submersible drilling rigs, "ZHONG YOU HAI 16" is the another high-tech, high-value landmark offshore engineering project of SWS, which also has vast market demand and brilliant development prospects. The President of CPOE, Mr. Huang Ligong expressed his appreciation for the good cooperation between both two sides during the construction of such high quality Jack Up, meanwhile he is also looking forward the further cooperation. With the blessings and crowd cheers, Mr. Huang Ligong announced the commencement of the launching of the H1318. The Vice President of CCS Shanghai branch, Mr. Xu Li, the District Manager of ABS Shanghai, Mr. Ian Hunter, the President of MARIC, Mr. Xing Wenhua were invited to attend the Launching Ceremony.
