At 6 a.m. Nov. 27, H1288, the first built Jack up Drilling Rig arrived at Quayside of SWS Offshore successfully according to the schedule after 24-hour towing. For accomplishing this mission smoothly, the Offshore Project Dept. made a plan in advance and completed the function examination of rig cantilever beam skidding system with carefully preparation on Nov. 21 to grantee the location safety of cantilever beam during the towage. On Nov. 26, after all the preparations were fully approved by Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration and the Insurance Company, while the weather was suitable, the Jack Up started to departure from the SWS. With the escort and supervisory by Shanghai Maritime Administration and Fishery Administration, the Jack Up smoothly arrived at SWS Offshore in the morning of Nov.27 before the cold wave was coming.
