In the morning of April 25, after Vice President --Mr. Chen Jun announced that the first-built block of H1288 started to lift onto the bed in Assembly Dept.  there were full of the sounds of firecrackers and the first block of Jack-up Drilling Rig ---B301 Block was lifted onto the moulding bed of pile shoes by a 32-ton crane, which marks that SWS has entered into the stage of block fabrication for Jack-up Drilling Rig.

As the high standard requirements of Jack-up construction, for insuring the successfully completion of block fabrication, a number of communication and coordination has been made by  Assembly Dept., Offshore Project Dept., Offshore Engineering Design Dept., QC Dept., Accuracy Control Dept. and other relevant departments, which includes a lot of preparations on personnel, equipments, tools and working precess. In the previous inspection reporting process, it has obtained the recognition by the POD owners.
