The 2016-year management focus meeting, and the one in first quarter, was held in SWS on Dec 30, 2015. Together with approximately 200 management personnel from SWS, SCH, SWS OFFSHORE, CSSC SHENGHUI, Chairman of Board Mr. Huang Yongxi, President Wang Qi, Vice President Mr. Chen Jun, Xu Ping and Chen Gang, Chief Technical Officer Mr. Tao Ying, Party Secretary Mr. Chen Fuming and President of CSSC SHENGHUI Mr. Zhou Jianliang attended the meeting.
The global sluggish economic growth had brought forth increasing uncertainty and complexion, and the shipbuilding market was adapted to a new normal at low level too, thus SWS confronted with various challenges in operation and production. However, all SWS staff united as one and strived for overcoming the difficulties, and focused on the management policy of “Adapt to Ship Market New Normal, Focus on Surpass and Innovation, Deepen Reform and Improve Management, Promote Transformation and Stabilize Growth” and the management theme of “Innovation, Implementation”, fortified our confidence and braved the difficulties, and made SWS maintained continuous steady development. In order to seek unity in thinking and define our target clearly, SWS commended the talented departments with good performance in labor competition. Wang Qi hosted the meeting and released 2016 yearly management focus on behalf of the company.
The management policy of SWS in 2016 is defined as “Stabilize Main Business, Breakthrough High- tech products, Deepen Internal Control, and Prevent Risk ion” and the management theme is “Stabilization and Implementation”. Wang reviewed the production and operation situations of 2015 in the meeting and lay emphasis to present internal and external situation in front of SWS and released every targeted index in 2016. As stressed by Wang, SWS shall take cruise ship as the great opportunity do well in strategy management, further perfect SWS’ “the 13th Five-Year Plan”; and based on “Modeling 2.0”, SWS shall put effort in promoting intelligent manufacture, deepen lean production; and shall stick to the direction of self-quality and safety management, ensure smooth production running; shall continuously advance simulated artificial person economic responsibility system assessment, renovate management system, and build a favorable atmosphere for all staff participation; meanwhile, deepen internal control and strengthen subsidiary company control.
In combination with respective actual works, the relevant executives and management departments released their own management focuses concerning the methods to achieve the main management indexes and every management and production tasks, and introduced their key management work surrounding the management theme of “Stabilization and Implementation”.
Huang Yongxi summarized present company operation condition in brief. He pointed out that current severe market fluctuation backgrounded SWS’s tough production tasks and rough market environment. All SWS staff must firm our confidence, and stick to question-oriented, project-oriented, innovation-oriented, and based on efficiency improvement, management improvement, and target improvement, we should continuously improve our construction techniques in 2016, highlight the idea of management innovation and achieve wise shipbuilding; closely catch up with the opportunity of “Made in China 2025”, put great effort to promote informationization, adopt intelligent methods to advance construction capacity and achieve intelligent shipbuilding; stress the sense of responsibility, stress active initiative and achieve responsible shipbuilding; continuously improve production efficiency while decrease production cost and achieve high efficient shipbuilding.
