The”2016 yearly Safety Production Responsibility Agreement” signature ceremony was held in function room at 6th floor of the main building at 08:00 in the morning of Dec 30, 2015. The ceremony was divided into two parts. The executives from SWS party and administration signed the agreement at first, followed by signature between Vice President Chen Jun and primary leaders of departments in SWS. Other leaders from top management team shall sign respective written agreements with leaders from controlled department afterwards. In order to implement the requirement from safety production responsibility system of “Law on Safety Production”, and according to the principle of” One post with Two Responsibilities, Same Responsibility for Party and Administration, Concerted Effort and Joint Management”, SWS signed the 2016 safety production responsibility agreement in advance. The signature further defines the safety production responsibilities and safety production targeted indexes for staff at all levels in 2016, urged management personnel to put safety at first position at work in 2016, honestly perform their respective safety production responsibilities and safeguard the production and operation of the company. It is also reported that each department shall initiate their respective agreement signing as well as safety commitment and safety notice of all staff within two weeks after the meeting in order to ensure effective implementation of the safety production responsibility agreement. Such activity shall disassemble the safety responsibility l upon all levels so as to ensure its full coverage.
