On Dec.24, the Site-evaluation Meeting for the Quality Tracing System was held in Erection Dept. (SWS). The President of SWS, Dr. Wang Qi, the Vice President, Mr. Chen Jun, and the directors of relevant function departments, close-coordination departments and production departments attended the meeting. It is the 7th Site-evaluation Meeting for the quality tracing system, and also the Wrap-up Meeting for the quality tracing system. The participants checked the implementation of the quality tracing system of H1293 in Erection Dept. Mr. Chen Jun pointed out that there were three working sites awarded "National Five-Star Working Area" in SWS, which fully embodied the brand effect of "Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding". He required that the key work of quality management in next year include two items, which are to carry out the demonstration activities on quality management, and to establish the "Quality Demonstration Team"; and to deepen the quality tracing system around the application of information technology, fine dispatching, evaluation, and a visual management on site, to continuously improve the quality management. Dr. Wang Qi pointed out that the quality tracing system is essentially the responsibility system, by which all management could be deepen and fined. "Responsibilities to the people" reflects the management level. He required that all departmental leadership should carefully plan the work of next year around cost reduce and efficiency improvement to establish the scientific index management system, and realize the lean management for completing the comprehensive production task.
