In the afternoon of Dec. 30, 2013, "The Expanded Meeting of Safety Committee & the Signing Ceremony of Responsibility Letters for Production Safety in 2014" was held in SCH. The members of Safety Committee in SCH, departmental directors and the production safety managers were required to attend the meeting. Focusing on the operating principle of "To integrate the internal and external resources by market mechanisms, to enhance the total economy by operating efficiency, and to improve the economic efficiency by lean management", the Responsibility Letters for Production Safety identified the Safety Principle of SCH in 2014 which is "To perfect the security system, to reinforce the safety basis, to enhance the intrinsic safety and to insist on the Scientific Development".
