On Feb.28, SWS held the Site-evaluation meeting for re-evaluate the quality tracing system in Pipe Fabrication Dept. The top management of SWS including President--Mr Wang Qi, Vice President--Mr. Chen Jun, Chief Production Officer--Mr. Du Keshun and the Directors from relevant Functional Departments, Cooperative Departments and all production Departments from SWS, SCS and SLO attended the evaluation ion meeting. It was the first time for SWS to hold this meeting in 2013.

The attendees site evaluated the implementation of Quality Tracing System in Pipe Fabrication Dept. The Job Dispatching Management and IT Application made a strong impression on all visitors. The Directors from SWS, SCS and SLO presented the development process of Quality Tracing System and the status of quality improvement respectively. In the meeting, the Director of Quality Assurance and Control Dept., Mr. Chen Haiyun announced the Implementation Plan of Quality Improvement Project of CSSC. The Quality Improvement Project was divided into five aspects: firstly, the establishment and operation of Quality Management System, system rules and production standards; secondly, determining the evaluation index for the quality of work and products; thirdly, defining the evaluation methods; fourthly, information construction for quality management improvement; fifthly, setting up a working platform for learning, communication, mutual assistance and jointly improvement.

In the meeting, it was pointed out that quality is the life of enterprise, and all managers are the first responsible persons for quality. The implement of Quality Tracing System is an important link in establishing the Quality Assurance System. Through carrying out Quality Tracing System, the quality of products and work are traceable, which is the basis for establishing the Quality Accountability System.
