The smart substation project supporting SWS’s High-Precision Smart Processing Center has been successfully energized. The project includes three newly built intelligent substations, adding 8,000 kVA of power capacity to meet the electricity demands of over 160 sets of advanced intelligent equipment within the center.

Key features of the smart substation system include: real-time energy consumption monitoring through data uploads from each device to the energy management platform, automatic fault alerts to ensure operational continuity, and deployment of inspection robots, replacing manual checks with automated, data-driven patrols for enhanced safety and reliability. The successful power supply provides a stable and robust energy foundation for the continuous operation of precision equipment, enabling the full activation of the center's production systems. Furthermore, through intelligent electricity supervision and management, the project supports the broader digital and intelligent transformation of SWS’s manufacturing ecosystem.
