SWS successfully held the "AI Empowering Manufacturing, Intelligence Leading the Future" Forum on November 4, marking the start of its 2025 Technology Month. The event brought together experts including Professor Bao Jinsong from Donghua University, industry leaders from leading AI firms, and SWS senior management to explore AI applications in ship design, production, and operation. In his closing address, Chairman Chen Gang emphasized three strategic priorities: identifying AI application scenarios aligned with business needs, accelerating development of specialized shipbuilding AI models, and delivering industry-leading AI solutions to support China’s shift from digital to intelligent shipbuilding.
