Key Measures Implemented: 26 new air-conditioned break rooms (1,500㎡ total) equipped with refrigerators, water dispensers, first-aid kits and storage lockers, seating for 1,000+ employees. 47 mobile shade shelters with cooling fans and moisture-proof mats deployed across production areas. Converted underutilized spaces into recreational areas using recycled materials: repurposed tires as planters and upcycled cafeteria tables into benches.

These actions align with SWS's "Happy Enterprise, Beautiful Factory" program, which prioritizes: occupational health during extreme weather, sustainable facility optimization and employee-led workspace improvements.
