From August 6th to noon of 7th, led by the labor union of SWS, jointly hosted by the Human Resources department, the HSE department, and the Medical Clinic institutions, a series of activities were carried out successively in the restaurants of the Installation and Commissioning Dept. 2, and the outsourcing workers to celebrate the “8.8 Service Day for Migrant Workers”. Yuan Feipeng, deputy secretary of the CPC and chairman of SWS Labor Union, arrived at the site and expressed solicitude for the workers and volunteers.

This activity provided the workers with blood pressure measurement, free medical and surgical consultation, psychological consultation, policy solutions, and other services. There was a long queue in front of the tables and the site bustled with excitement. The crowded counseling desks were popular with workers. Focusing on hot issues concerned, they were free to share their worries and concerns. The workers also received publicity materials and refreshing supplies carefully prepared for them. In all, more than 2000 migrant workers received the service this time, and the activity was highly appraised by the masses.
