On the morning of April 21st, SCH held the 2017 annual shareholders’ meeting, the First Session of the Fifth Board of Directors’ Meeting and the First Session of the Fifth Supervisory Board Meeting. Chairman of Board, Mr. Wang Qi hosted the meetings.

At the meeting, Chairman of Board, Mr. Wang Qi presented the ‘SCH 2016 Annual Work Report of the  Board of Directors’, SCH President, Mr. Sheng Jigang presented the ‘SCH 2016 Annual Work Report of the President’, SCH Financial Director, Mr. Pan Yuze presented reports on financial works including ”Final Financial Report in 2016 and Compiling Report on Financial Budget in 2017” and other 6 motions.

The meeting confirmed that all members of SCH Board of Directors seriously fulfilled their duties in 2016, completely acted on behalf of the shareholders, earnestly safeguarded the shareholders’ interests and fully played the central role in decision-making. In order to actively cope with the dilemma of the market downturn, SCH Board of Directors consolidated the management foundation and completed the annual operational and productive task, which provided a strong support to promote the stable development of SCH. Under the leadership of the board of directors and CSSC, the top management will lead the staff to implement the operational policy of “downsize scale and get strong to break the crisis, adhere to the bottom line and seize the orders, make continuous improvement to win benefit, break the high-end to seek for development” and the management theme of “restructuring and keep stable”, unite and work together to strive to fully complete every annual operational and productive task and lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of the goal of the ‘the Thirteen Five-year’.

All the shareholders’ representatives unanimously reviewed and approved the ‘Motion on the Composition of the First Session of the Fifth Directors’ Board and the Supervisory Board in SCH’, ‘SCH 2016 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors’, the “SCH 2016 Final Financial Report and 2017 Compiling Report on Financial Budget”, the “SCH 2016 Annual Work Report of the Supervisory Board”, and signed the meeting resolution on the spot.

All the directors unanimously reviewed and approved 9 motions, including the “Motion on Nominating New Members of the New Term of Leadership” and signed the meeting resolution on the spot. All Supervisors unanimously reviewed and approved 3 motions, including the “SCH 2016 Annual Work Report of the Supervisory Board” and signed the meeting resolution on the spot.
