In the mid April, SWS Offshore projects production welcomed new rises after successful launching of H1379. In only a week of time, projects H1319 and H1369 achieved 2 great milestones of technical deliveries and leg cantilevers stance in water. Those milestones laid firm foundation for offshore production in Q2.
In the morning of April 16, the 2nd CJ46 Jack-up (H1369) built for Singapore ESSM safely returned to SWS Office after competition of land slipping overside loading, discharging waste water in anchorage and towing. After operation in the water, H1369 completed the milestone in the evening of April 17. The integrity of H1369 topped the new record of offshore CJ46 series Jack-up construction. The land slipping distance created a new record of 290 meters, its overside loading time was shortened 1 hour to the time use in previous 2 jack-ups, which greatly increased efficiency.
On April 12, in the headquarters of Paragon, who now is a new shareholder of Huston POD company, project H1319 (JU2000E) has come to the moment of rewarding. After rounds of negotiation, Vice President of SWS, Chen Gang and project manager of POD Sajid Ansari signed technical delivery of “PROSPECTOR 8” officially. SWS Sales and Marketing dept and others attended ceremony.
