On April 9th, dry dock No.1 launched 208,000 dwt bulk carrier that SWS built for Star Bulk and 108,000 dwt bulk carrier for Sinokor; at the same time H1343 for Starbulk and H1367 achieved vessels float.
It has been 36 days since previous the 2nd shifts launching. During the 36 days, SWS strictly implement production plan initiated by Production Operation dept and then followed up on it. The erection dept realized whole vessel welding completion and achieved reporting status with 0 structures remaining.
Meanwhile, erection dept and coating and blasting dept removed all scaffolds and craft holes in No.2 blasting tank, which all prepared for coating task after UT. Coating and Blasting dept organized sufficient labor to ensure competition of blasting at the bottom of ballasting tank; Hull out-fitting and installation dept completed tightness of deck piping structure in reporting status. Machinery and Commissioning dept integrated H1342 with completion of installation of main engine and propeller and steering blades.
