In early April, assessed by SWS Offshore Labor Competition Leader Team, there were 8 departments who won prizes, and then were apprised on the Monthly Administrative Meeting on April 8th. Under the background context of company's annual management policies which are "Adapt to Market New Normal, Develop Innovation Around Surpass, Deepen the Reform by Improving Management, Promote the Transformation for Stabilizing the Growth", and management themes requirements of "innovation and execution", combining the reality of SWS Offshore, in March this year, SWS Offshore officially launched labor competition activity of which the themes are "topping production capacity, improve management efficiency", and SWS Offshore set up a Labor Competition Leaders Team and a Competition Management Office. Since the start of the competition, many close-coordination departments and production departments attended the labor competition registry in March. It is reported that this year is an important year for SWS Offshore to improve production speed, improve capacity, develop innovation, and reinforce execution. SWS Offshore hopes to further reinforce the cohesion force of all departments by labor competition activity in order to contribute to annual production target completion.
