On March 12th, the general meeting of Shanghai Association for Quality, same as the 3rd Session of the 6th Council Meeting was held. The meeting appraised outstanding groups and individuals. The company was awarded "2014 Shanghai Quality Management Prize"; additionally, President Wang Qi was rated "Shanghai Outstanding Quality Governer". On March 20th, the company also received the prizes of "Advanced Quality Management Enterprise", "Outstanding Quality Managers", and other honors. It is reported that company based on its national standard 2014 excellent performance evaluation code, has greatly encouraged and applied scientific management tools on excellent performance evaluation, and company participated in the rating of Shanghai Quality Management Prize accredited by Shanghai Association for Quality. The company competed with excellent enterprises in different industries over the level of excellent performance evaluation management, and as a result, it is the first shipbuilding enterprise to win the prize of "Shanghai Quality Management" with its advantages of excellent leadership and execution, reinforced risk awareness, moderated strategy adjustment, and excellent human resource protection system. The completion of all company indicators was healthy, and SWS continues to lead in CSSC performance evaluation. While the company was accredited by Shanghai Association for Quality and CSSC, it would further strengthen safety quality awareness, and continue to improve quality management level.
