On Dec. 7th, SWS successfully held "the fourth technician forum in 2014". A total number of 167 technicians and senior technicians from SWS, SWS Offshore attended the forum.
The meeting praised excellent technicians in 2014 and awarded 2014 excellent skill education prize. The forum summarized work on technician team building in 2014, trainings for technicians, trainings for vital positions, and trainings for new recruits. In addition, the forum introduced next year's work on skills training, project of senior skilled center establishment, Shanghai technicians' studio and chief technician studio.
As a core propelling force, high level technicians play an important part in company. At work, technicians not only apply new techniques and new research results into real production, they also pass their experience and skills onto their teams. Their roles in the teams are as teachers, and it results that talents in company are developing harmoniously.
It is reported that our society is paying more and more attention on skilled workers training. There comes good news. Company encourages employed technicians start creative activities under technique and craft development. Those activities will then be reported to municipal level and district level chief technician studio according to required document. Supported by external policy and financial assistance, human resources department ensures company would complete production task successfully by supporting manpower and skill guarantee. All those are from the development of high level skilled team building.
