According to the external audit arrangement of SWS' management system, Lloyd's Register (LR) Shanghai Company carried out the 5 days recertification evaluation to SWS and SWS Offshore from Nov.10 to 14. In the last meeting, the audit team highly affirmed the operating situation of SWS' management system, and the company finally passed the recertification evaluation by LR. The evaluation complied with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, applicable laws and internal system management files. The comprehensive coverage evaluation of 47 departments from both SWS and SWS Offshore was carried out by LR audit team, which focused on the operating situation of quality, safety and environment management systems, the completion situation of production plans, and the site management. In the last meeting on Nov.14, the audit team fully affirmed the operating situation of SWS' management system, praised the improvement of marketing performance, refined dispatching, quality tracing system and informatization management. They also pointed out that, in current production acceleration situation, every department should further reinforce the internal management, especially should pay more attention to the planning and coordination of early production, the risk evaluation of new technology, and the site safety management in order to reduce the business risk. Eventually, the audit team delivered the conclusion of evaluation which recommended our company updating the management system certifications of quality, environment and occupational health and safety.
