A few days ago, "The Quality Information Base" was fully applied in SWS. It marked SWS had basically realized the requirement of "Quality Tracing System" which had entered the normalized application in the departments of former procedure. At the beginning of the year, SWS comprehensively carried out the Quality Tracing System, and implemented the Quality Responsibility System by establishing a company-wide quality information base, in which the quality information of both the whole production process and each employee is able to be controlled, inspected, and examined. On the basis of combing the quality management processes of seven production departments, the quality information base for the seven production departments was established jointly by Quality Assurance Dept. and IT Dept., which combined the SEM Manufacturing Execution System, Inspection System, HR Management System and OA Quality Inspection System. The quality information base is also the comprehensive platform for the quality evaluation and management. The subsequent work for the Quality Information Base is to further optimize the system function by combining the refined dispatching system to detail the staff assessment methods and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of SWS.
