In the morning of 9th, May, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering Design Co., Ltd held the 5th Session of Shareholders Meeting, the 3rd Session of 3rd Board of Directors & Supervisory Committee at SWS. In the meeting, "The Amendments of the Incorporation Articles" was approved and the business scope in Business License was modified to add the import and export business of goods and technology. By President's nomination, the meeting agreed that Mr. Pan Yuze served as Chief Accountant Officer. The meeting approved the 3rd Session of 3rd of "President's Working Report", "The Annual Financial Statements of 2012 and the Financial Budgeting of 2013", the Proposal of profits distribution and etc. The meeting was regarded as a milestone for expanding the business scope and excellence in design since the design company was founded. The meet summarized the completion status of the annual design work in 2012 and the first quarter in 2013, as well as the main tasks and major work in 2013 were defined and arranged.
