On Apr. 15， the keel laying ceremony of H1231---the second 319,000 DWT VLCC built for Maran Tankers was held in SWS. It is reported that on Apr. 12, the first 319.000 DWT (H1230) built for Maran Tankers was launched smoothly with a good integrity from No. 2 Drydock.
