In order to improve the emergency response ability of SWS, fire-escape skills of the staff and fire emergency rescue capability, together with Waigaoqiao Free Trade Pilot Zone Fire Prevention Guard and Waigaoqiao Water-Land Fire Squadron, SWS carried out a large-scale comprehensive firefighting and evacuation drill on H1321 at No.2 quayside in the afternoon of August 30, 2017.

About 120 people participated in the drill, every participating department responded quickly during the process, completed the tasks of firefighting, evacuation, alert and rescue rapidly in 45 minutes.

After the drill, commander in chief, the director of HSE Department Mr. Zheng Zhibo made a summary and valuation for the drill, and gave affirmation to prompt action, rapid water spray and improvement of the emergency escape skills. Besides, greater demands are being placed on details including information transfer, the injured rescue, etc. This drill effectively tested the company’s emergency response skills while facing accidents, and further promoted the Army-Enterprise Co-construction between SWS and Fire Authorities.
