In the afternoon of Apr. 14, "The Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Meeting of the first quarter in 2015" was held in SWS Offshore. In the meeting, Strategy and Management Dept. reported "2015 energy saving plans and the energy saving performance" and clarified the major work of energy saving in the next stage. Facility Maintenance and Logistics Management Dept. informed the energy consumption data in the first quarter, and pointed out the problems of energy using and proposed the improvement measures, meanwhile gave the suggestions for the lack of pressure on compressed air supply for outfields and lack of pressure on dioxide supply for workshop. HSE Dept. reported the current of pollutant emissions and monitoring, and the fundamental work on environmental management. HSE Dept. also proposed that the emission reduction of VOCs should be taken as the key job of environmental protection in SWS Offshore in 2015. Finally, Blasting and Coating Dept. shared the centralized control system of energy management in workshop, the application of this system change the artificial statistics into a computer system statistics overcoming the defects of the original data on lacking accuracy, timeliness, analyticity, visuality and sharability, took use of "Fine Management", "Informatization", "Big Data" and other methods to analyze and improve which change the feedback of results into the process control. The meeting was held to further increasing the attention of all departments on the energy saving and emission reduction. Through the introduction of the centralized control system of energy management by Blasting and Painting Dept., other departments could learn more experiences and propose more ideas on improving the energy saving performance of their own departments. They all expressed that in the follow-up work, they will further tap the potential of energy saving by methods of on-site management and technological transformation.
